- Acanthus Technology, Inc. has reorganized to serve its clients better. Two business divisions have been created. The first will keep the Acanthus Technology name (Acanthus Technology Design) and will focus on consulting and network design for midsize and growing smaller businesses. The second division is called Allogro, and its focus is on implementing and maintaining computer networks for businesses. Both divisions will be operated under the new corporate parent company of the Acorn IT Group, which will oversee human resources, budgets, and other back-office issues that do not directly affect our clients. In the future, we plan for the Acorn IT Group to incubate new business units to offer our clients additional services and products.
- Due to the reorganization, a lot of our web site's content has moved. Some of it is in new locations on this same site, and some of it has moved to Allogro's and Acorn IT Group's web sites. We have tried to help redirect you to the new locations, and we apologize if you cannot find something. You can try using our sitemap for finding things.

- The Privacy Policy and Web Site Terms of Use Agreement have been updated.
- Version 2.0 of the AcanthusTech.com web site was released. Some of the highlights of the newly redesigned site include:
- Completely redesigned navigation menu to help visitors find information more easily.
- A comprehensive site map was added. It helps both visitors and search engines to quickly locate any page on the site.
- Added three new photo galleries featuring dozens of photos of acanthus plants, acanthus-related art, and acanthus-related architectural features.
- Updated versions of some downloadable files in the Security Center
- Changed how pages are laid out to fix some compatibility issues with some web browsers.
- A redesigned color scheme for a fresh look.
- Several other minor changes and updates—too numerous to list. :-)

- The Standard Services and Rates for AcanthusTech services have been changed. There are several new fixed-price services (instead of nearly everything being hourly-based). Some prices have gone up. All clients who do not have a fixed-term, fixed-price contract in effect at the time will be subject to the new rates. Account representatives will be contacint clients with additional information and details on how to receive discounted pricing.
The printable rate sheets still reflect the OLD prices and are no longer correct. We will be updating them as soon as possible. Updated: Non-contract rates have been updated. Other rates will be updated shortly. Please contact us for current pricing.
