Credit Card and PayPal Payment Assistance
Address Verification
AcanthusTech verifies the credit card billing address you provide with the information from your bank. This helps us verify you are the actual cardholder to our credit card processing company, which helps keep our processing fees lower, which helps keep our prices lower to you.
We realize that credit card bills are often mailed to Post Office boxes or to addresses other than where you would like your purchases delivered. You may request a different Ship To address from the billing address on your card by completing our Credit Card Authorization form. Along with the form, you must provide legible copies of the front and back of your credit card, along with a photocopy of a valid state or military photo I.D. (a driver's license is fine).
We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but it is necessary to help provide a little protection against credit card fraud. We appreciate your understanding.
PayPal Confirmed Addresses
If you pay for products by PayPal, we will only ship to the "confirmed address" as reported by PayPal. This protects both you, the PayPal customer, and us from fraudulent transactions. PayPal also requires this to extend their various guaranties and protection plans to cover a purchase. If your address is outside the United States, please discuss delivery arrangements with a credit manager before making payment.

CCV Numbers Explained
CCV stands for the Credit Card Verification or Card Code Verification number printed on your credit card. The CCV number is the last three digits printed on the signature panel on the back of your Discover, MasterCard, or VISA card, or the four digits above the last numbers of your American Express card. These numbers help to reduce credit card fraud, especially on purchases made over the Internet or by telephone.
AcanthusTech must have your CCV number in order to process a credit card payment. This helps us verify you are the actual cardholder to our credit card processing company, which helps keep our processing fees lower, which helps keep our prices lower to you. If your card does not have a CCV number or it is illegible, contact your issuing bank to see if they can send you a new card with a usable CCV number; otherwise, you will need to choose a different form of payment.
